Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and professional Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to maintaining and growing our commercial lines book of business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with accounts averaging $15,000 to $300,000 in premium.
• Collaborate with 2-3 producers to provide comprehensive account servicing.
• Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting new and renewal business.
• Work closely with the marketing team for new and renewal business placements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in AMS 360 software.
• Support producers in growing the book of business and achieving agency goals.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an agency setting handling commercial lines. Preferred 3-5 years of experience.
• Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Additional designations are a plus.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with AMS 360 software is preferred (training available).
