We’re looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager and help support our office staff, caregivers, and the communities we serve throughout the Charleston area.

Office Managers are key leaders in the daily operations of a home care office. From supervising staff and managing office functions to engaging with clients, caregivers, and referral sources in the field, this role is fast-paced, multifaceted, and highly rewarding. This position blends social services, operations, customer service, finance, sales, recruiting, and human resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with prospective clients and assess their needs

  • Build strong relationships with caregivers registered with the office

  • Match clients with caregivers who best meet their needs

  • Oversee daily office operations and team performance

  • Develop and maintain referral source relationships

  • Collaborate with team members in a supportive office environment

Qualifications

  • Nurturing, empathetic, and compassionate personality

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional and pleasant phone presence

  • High level of emotional intelligence

  • Creative problem-solving abilities

  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong documentation skills

  • Spanish-speaking is a plus
