Job Overview
The Team Member plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth, enjoyable, and organized shopping experience. This hands-on, customer-facing position involves supporting daily store operations, maintaining store standards, and assisting leadership to keep the store running efficiently. Team Members work closely with Assistant Retail Managers and the Retail Manager to ensure bins are stocked, the store is clean and safe, and customers receive excellent service.

Required Hours for the Part Time Retail Assocaite Position:

  • Wednesday: 12pm - 8pm
  • Thursday: 10am - 6pm
  • Friday: 7:30am - 3pm

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional, and helpful customer service
  • Assist customers with questions, directions, and general store needs
  • Support daily store operations, including bin flips, stocking, cleaning, and staging merchandise
  • Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout each shift
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Communicate issues, concerns, and customer feedback to store leadership
  • Assist with opening and closing tasks as assigned
  • Support team members and leadership during busy periods
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications
The ideal candidate has a positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to lift, move, and stock merchandise as needed. Flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks during shifts is also important.
