Forklift Operator/Material Handler

Schedule: Monday–Friday (no nights or weekends), day shift only

About the Role

This position works directly with customers to pull, stage, and load building materials accurately and efficiently.

This is a physically demanding, fast-paced position supporting our yard and retail operations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting customers by pulling orders and loading materials into vehicles and trucks
• Safely operating forklifts and handling materials in a busy yard environment
• Working on your feet approximately 90% of the day
• Consistently lifting, carrying, and moving materials 50+ lbs
• Working outdoors and in the warehouse in all weather conditions
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Communicating clearly with team members and customers to ensure accuracy

Preferred Experience

• Forklift operation
• Material handling or lumber yard experience
• Warehouse or construction-related work

Physical & Work Environment

• Continuous standing, walking, lifting, and carrying
• Frequent lifting of 50+ lbs
• Outdoor yard and warehouse setting
• Exposure to heat, cold, humidity, and rain

Compensation & Benefits

• Weekly pay + overtime available weekly
• Full-time schedule Monday-Friday (10 hour shifts) with weekends and holidays off
